Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. These COD charges has nothing to do with Leon Mege.
In certain cases, customs officers may delay or deny the delivery of the package which we have no control over, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening to the absolute minimum by following all necessary procedures and by shipping only with reliable international carriers such as Brinks or Malca-Amit.
